The beds were very comfy, but the
Overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The furniture seemed poorly maintained, and the loud bathroom fan was quite bothersome. I appreciated the fridge and microwave.

Recently refurbished and absolutely great hotel located near to restaurants and the center of the city, the festival, and the center of the city and various restaurants. Favourable location, around 10-15 minutes walk from Ig Winery & Tasting Room. Also, close to Zion national park.

Not much
Poor repair of building, cleanliness lacking (found candy wrapper in a drawer and used cup on floor in closet), beds were horribly uncomfortable. Breakfast was supposed to be from 7 A.M. to 9 A.M. but office did not even open until nearly 7:45. Only food available was dry cereal, coffee, ????? Should not offer morning meal if that's all you intend. No inroom coffee. We left hungry, sore, and angry!

Reasons to love it, and reasons not to
Beds were extra comfy , staff greeted us with friendly smiles every time! The little table added some charm to our stay.
We found damaged furniture around the room , and the bathroom exhaust fan was annoyingly loud throughout the visit.

The Manager/Owner was very nice and welcomed us to his hotel.
Needs a little updating.

Price
Pool was closed, hot tub closed, laundry out of order, ac/air horribly loud, couldnt even sleep it was so loud, mattress killlllled my back, said they had espn but come football time, what do you know, no espn, the entrance is horrible, thank goodness I had a truck or I would have taken off the muffler, I hit it at an angle and still struck my tow hitch, water took a good 15 min to get hot in the shower, we were woken up the first morning by staff saying it was past checkout time and they needed to clean the room even though we were booked for 3 nights so that was pretty annoying as I answered the door half naked. but over all for the price I guess you cant complain tons. But I just did

Location and price
This was just about the worst hotel I have stayed in. The smell of fresh paint was so powerful as to give us headaches, even with the windows open and the fan on. The bathroom facilities were terrible, a toilet that would not flush, a shower head that I would have replaced several years ago, lighting that was inadequate. The sheets on the beds were worn so bad that you could see through them and they were stamped with another hotel name on them, (I am sure the original hotel threw them out as too worn to use. Their "breakfast" was stale cereal. I could go on, but I hope you get the picture.

We truly enjoyed the location, which was good close to Zion national park. Tried some nice meals at Our Dog'z, located near the hotel.

The room was cozy with a comfortable king bed. The small table was a nice touch for relaxing. I was disappointed by the loud bathroom fan.

The price was right and the beds were comfortable. It was quiet and clean. We actually stayed two different times, on our way to Salt Lake City and back. The staff was very honest. We left our laptop the first time and when we called to check on it, they had it at the front desk.

The bathroom exhaust fan is obnoxiously loud!!! Stained bedding paired with unkempt furniture shows a serious lack of care!!! Closed pool and broken amenities left a disappointing impression!!!

Good deal, very clean room.
Wish they had newer/better sheets - sheet on one bed did not fit at all and were really threadbare.

Easy to locate
In need of serious upgrades, door lock barely worked, windows were drafty, overall cleanliness questionable
